This Refund Policy applies to services engaged through Emperius™. Because our engagements involve custom, hands-on work, including strategy, design, development, and optimization, performed specifically for each client, our refund terms are structured accordingly.

Custom Engagements

Every project begins with a discovery and diagnosis phase tailored to your business. Once work has commenced, resources, time, and strategy have already been committed on your behalf, so payments are generally non-refundable except as required by law or as explicitly stated in your individual signed service agreement.

Project-Specific Terms

Specific payment schedules, milestones, and any refund or cancellation terms applicable to your engagement will be outlined in your proposal or contract prior to the start of work. Those terms govern your specific engagement.
