Our Services

Emperius provides digital infrastructure services, including but not limited to website design and development, search engine optimization, conversion rate optimization, and related digital marketing and growth systems. The specific scope, deliverables, timeline, and fees for any engagement are defined in a separate signed proposal or service agreement between Emperius and the client.

Discovery Calls & Proposals

Scheduling a discovery call does not obligate either party to enter into a paid engagement. Any commitment to services begins only upon mutual agreement and, where applicable, a signed proposal or contract.

Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing timely access, materials, feedback, and approvals reasonably necessary for Emperius to perform the agreed-upon services.

Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, final deliverables become the property of the client upon full payment. Emperius retains the right to showcase completed work, including in our portfolio and case studies, unless the client requests otherwise in writing.

Limitation of Liability

Emperius makes no guarantee of specific results, rankings, or revenue outcomes, as these depend on many factors outside our control. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Emperius is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or services.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our website after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
